I’m pretty excited to take my 11 week swimming for the first time. I did a lot of swimming when I was pregnant so I’m hoping he enjoys the water now that he is on the outside. My gym has a really nice saline pool, but it is a bit on the cool side so I’m waiting for a nice hot day to take him there to cool off. While I don’t cloth diaper regularly, I can see these would be good for my baby for the pool since regular swim diapers kind of suck. We live in Canada, but are originally from South Africa. We’re expecting our little boy at the end of this month, and plan on taking him back home to South Africa for a visit in June. I am so looking forward to taking our baby into the pool this summer. We are due in March and happen to have a pool in our backyard. My husband is a bit of a fish, so I expect him to take the baby in quite frequently when he is on leave in June and July (if it’s warm enough up here by then!).

I grew up out on the beach every weekend with my family and I am excited to share that with him and build those memories as well. We took our little man to Williamsburg, VA when he was just 3 mo old. The resort we were staying at, thanks to my parents, had two nice pools. We didn’t have any swimwear for the little man so we just got him naked (with a regular diaper on) and put him in. HE LOVED IT!!!! I can’t wait to take him back in a few months and try it out again. Maybe this time in the kiddy pool.

Owen took his first swim in our friend’s pool in Indonesia, at the age of 10 months. This was right after he drank coconut water straight from the coconut for the first time. Tropical paradise, but he was wearing a disposable diaper (we were travelling, so didn’t use cloth like normal), which turned into a 10-pound mess in a heartbeat. Ick.

I have twin boys who are currently 12 wks old. They love to float in the tub at bahtime. I am looking forward so seeing them enjoying more room to squirm about and hopefully feeling confident and happy in the water. My baby hated the bath for her first 8 months, but now that she can sit up and play with toys she loves it. I can’t wait to see if she now loves the pool!
My son’s first trip to the pool was last June. We were at my aunt’s pool and it was still early in the season and really cold… I thought he would scream and cry but he was a total champ and was giggling and splashing like mad. We only kept him in for a minute but we’ve spent many other fun filled afternoons at the pool since. I live in Wisconsin, where there are many, many lakes. My husband and I just bought a boat. He grew up on boats and was 6 months old the first time he rode in a boat, and it was always his dream to give his children that same lifestyle. I’m looking forward to bringing my little girl to a lakeshore this summer and introducing her to sand and lake water for the first time. It will be the first of many great family memories for her and all of us having our family spending time in, on, and around lakes.

My daughter will be 11 months next week. We plan to start swimming lessons in April or May when things warm up a bit here in New England. We took her to Plum Island, MA when she was 6 months old (September), but it was too chilly for swimming. Looking forward to taking her back there this summer. after aout 10 minutes in the pool it was suddenly really warm around me;-) what made it worse was that we were instructed (by the swimteacher) to stand the babies on the edge of the pool and bounce them back in, all the water was trapped in the swimdiaper and it looked like a lot of pee;-)

My 6 month old had his first trip to the pool last week! We live on an island where it is very hot so I’m sure my little man will become quite the water baby! When we sat him in the water in the pool, the huge smile that appeared on his face was enough to almost bring tears of joy to my eyes and his daddy’s eyes!
In june heading to michigan to introduce baby boy to family, and my dads pool. He just lovess the bathtub, so can imagine a bigg pool.. In tub he splases n laughs the whole time.. Deff got a water baby.. I would just lovee to win.. Thanks

I brought my grandson to Florida when he was 8months it was his first time in a wadding pool and he loved hanging on to me and walking around.
I put my daughter in the pool for the first time when she was about 3 months old and she was a fish from moment one! Granted she had been taking showers with my husband and I since birth, but this was the first time she got to splash around and she was in heaven!!
My neighbors have an above ground pool and we spent that summer in their pool! The following summer I took her to swimming lessons and she was the ONLY baby there who loved the water and didn’t cry!
Last September @ 3 months my daughter loved the pool. I hope she enjoys it this summer too! These swim diapers would be great.
our little one is due august 13th so I’m not sure we’ll be able to this summer, but next summer I’m sure will be a blast at the pool since they’ll be a little bit older!

my husband and i were avid swimmers growing up and can’t wait to get our little guy in the water! he loves his bath now so i can only imagine how much he will love the pool! i would love to have these diapers for him to wear!
I have triplets ad last year we were able to go swimming several times. We travel and used various hotel pools, along with our own hot tube in the backyard. We turned the temperature way down and the kids LOVE playing in the bubbles. The problem is swim diapers for triplets get expensive! It costs $1.50 in diapers every time we want to swim! That’s like being charged to go into your own hot tub! They don’t even work anyway! My kids <3 the water and we've found floats so my husband and I can supervise three babies at once, but I always think in the back of my head how much this is going to cost. While staying at my uncles, who has a beautiful pool, we only went swimming one time per day because of the cost. Reusable swim diapers would be great low cost alternative this summer!
My little guy(5 mos) LOVES his bath times, he actually cries when we take him out of the water!! And I can’t wait to take him to my parents pool and see him light up when we get in with him.
My sons first time in the pool was while on vacation in Florida. He was only four months old and we had no swim diapers so I unstuffed a bum genius diaper and in we went! After that vacation I searched for swims diapers and we’ve tried a few over the last 18 months but none of them work well for us. The Charlie banana regular diapers work great so I’m hoping their swim diaper does the same!
We are due June 1 with our first little girl and we live in the south. These will be great for hot carolina summer days and trips to the beach!

My son was 7 weeks old the first time I took him to the pool. He splashed and giggled himself exhausted. When he got hungry, I even fed him in the water. He was so relaxed, he fell asleep. He had horrible colic and the only time he was at ease was when he was swimming.
I can’t wait to see how my little guy likes the water. Will he be fearless or full of fear? Hopefully he will love every minute just like his coudins and having some cloth swim diapers will save us lots of money!
My mom has a membership to a pool that is saltwater and my oldest has gone since he was 3 months old… my 1 year old ot so much.. due to sensitive skin… but he skin seems to be doing great with the salwater so I am not so afraid to bring him more often!!
I’ve just over 12 weeks pregnant with our first child. One of my biggest excitements is seeing our child play in the water. I grew up in the pool and loved the water so much I even moved to the beach after college. My husband is a born swimmer as well and I can’t wait to see if our baby shares the same affinity we do for becoming little dolphins.
Our little boy is due on March 17th and we are most looking forward to a fun filled summer of day trips to the New England beaches with him. I think these cloth swim diapers will save us quite a few headaches!

Our now seven month old twin boys LOVE bathtime. Not only do they get baths, but this Mama does too! I can’t wait to see them in a body of water where they CAN’T splash it all out (although I’m sure they’ll try)! And our first trip to a pool/lake/ocean will be with their twin cousins (my sister’s) that are a year older than my boys. This summer is going to just be awesome!

I’m looking forward to enrolling my son in swim lessons. I personally can not swim. I don’t want the same for him. Fortunately my husband is a great swimmer, so he’ll have someone to go swimming with when the time comes.
My husband and I spend a lot of time at the lake and pool in the summer, and this year we will have our son with us.Every summer we take a big family vacation with my parents and siblings, we always go to a lake and stay at a resort. As a former swim instructor I could live in the water…be that pool, ocean, or lake! Where we live has 4 huge lakes in town (and about a million more around the county – seriously we’re considered the Lake City Capital of Indiana) and we have a swiming beach 4 blocks from our house…I can’t wait to spend the beautiful summer days on the lake with our little one swimming or boating! My folks and I were just talking about this this morning. DS is nearly 4 months. Our little one got to dip his feet in the Gulf of Mexico (not a fan) over Thanksgiving but I’m hoping he’s a fan of a kiddie pool. I just want to sit outside with him this summer and relax in one of those tiny pools. It just seems nostalgic to me.

We have a saltwater pool set up so it won’t be as harsh on her skin as a chlorine pool would be but I grew up as a “water baby” and as often as me and my girlfriends get together with the kiddos in the pool, I’m hoping my daughter will be a water loving baby as well!

After trying so long to conceive my little girl, even the smallest things like watching her get in a pool for the first time are also some of the most special moments for me.
I’m just really looking forward to playing in the pool with my daughter. Showing her how to pat the water to make splashes and letting her float around on her back. My gym has a great heated pool which is where she will probably take her first swim.
We haven’t made it to the pool yet. I have a winter baby – and even our trip to Florida last week brought weather too cold for swimming. My baby loves bath time though, so I can’t wait to see how she likes the pool!

There are so many things I remember about our first two going swimming for the first time that I can’t wait for this one to experience the pool. Because my daughter loved the water from day one we winded up paying for her to have swimming lessons which she enjoyed a lot. My son loved the beach and going to the pool so much that we went almost everyday……

My husband practically grew up in the water- he water skied as a kid, was on the swim team in high school, and played water polo through college. Seeing him taking his child swimming for the first time was the most pure and perfect moment I have ever witnessed- it was exactly what life is supposed to be.
My inlaws just bought a beautiful lake home. We can’t wait to use the beach there this summer.
Last year we were able to have a small wading pool at home and were able to take our daughter to my aunt’s pool. She absolutely loves the water and doesn’t like to get out!

I can’t wait for this coming summer. My youngest will turn one and will hopefully be walking! My oldes will be 4. We plan on moving to the other side of town to be closer to both my husband’s and my work. We drove around that area last weekend and found out that there is a park close by with a free splash park! Well, with our first, we went to the lake when she was about 3 months old. My hubby put sunblock on her and used HALF THE BOTTLE! SERIOUSLY! She was totally white! LOL.

My mom has always told me the same story of how I was the only baby in the baby swimming class that LOVED being in the water, I would break out in peals of laughter.. Growing up I was a mermaid, and still am. I sincerely hope the same for my June baby since my husband and I are avid water skiiers. We can’t wait for the swimming classes at the pool already!!!

Our first trip to the pool with my first child was fun but at that time we were using disposable diapers. It was a mess and the diapers looked terribly uncomfortable. The disposable got huge within seconds and seemed like it couldn’t hold much more wetness…with our newest addition we are really looking forward to trying CB swim diapers & look forward to our first pool trip. We love his Charlie Banana cloths he uses and know we will love the swim diapers just as much!

My 8 month old Water Baby and I go to my water aerobics class twice a week, so we go through a lot of Little Swimmers. They are very tricky to get off and I had to order them online, since we started going in the Fall. We have a lilypad floaty that puts her down where I am and has a large rim for her toys and to keep her from tipping. She jogs with us and kicks her little feet. I started going to this class when I was pregnant so the other Ladies watched me grow and now they are watching her grow and hopefully me shrink. LOL

I’m a cloth diaper newbie with my second DD. Imagine my surprise when I found out about reusable swim diapers! I didn’t know there was such a thing out there. I remember how awful it was to use the disposable ones with my oldest. How uncomfortable they probably were. So glad little sister will have a much better experience at the pool and the beach!
Since I was a swimmer growing up I’m looking forward to my babys first swim and seeing her fall in love (hopefully) with the water!
Last year was our first summer with our little girl, it was so fun taking her to the pool for the first time! She kicked and splashed and floated on those pool noodles. She had a blast! This summer will be even more fun now that she’s a little older!

Last summer we used a disposable swim diaper and my poor son….it was so heavy & huge with pool water…thankfully we did not have to test a bowel movement with the disposable because I doubt that it would have been contained! Would love to try the Charlie Banana!!!

My baby’s first trip to the pool was last week! She did great, but was very serious the whole time. It was a class for tykes with songs and games, but from the expression on her face it could have been a poolside funeral! This week was a bit better – she managed to crack a smile and even kicked her feet a bit when she thought I wasn’t looking.
My DD loves to clap so I envision her beaming with pride and clapping as she splashes around in the pool/lake.
My little one was 2 months old when she fist went into the pool. It was a nice heated pool, so she enjoyed taking a lap around very much. Was only for a few minutes, but she loved every minute of it.

I have been blessed since my son Wyatt was born in 2010. He is a ginger baby which I absolutely adore but that means he is the whitest kid on the block. We have avoided the beach or any vacation during the summer due to him being so sensitive to the sun. This year will be the year we shall conquer the world! We plan on heading to our family’s condo in Florida and are gonna roll him in spf and have a ball at the pool and beach. These would be perfect for my hunka chunka soon to be a beach baby!

I’m looking forward to my DS first swim day because it means he is strong and healthy enough to join us in a pool. He is a congenital heart warrior boy. In his first six months of life we have had not one but two open heart surgeries. We are currently heart healthy ad trying to catch our older sisters who LOVE swimming.

My son’s first swimming experience was the night before he had a heart catheter done in preparation for his second open heart surgery, the hotel we stayed in had a big pool. We got down to the pool and slowly walked into it. His eyes got really big, at first I thought he would cry, then he started giggling and kicking his feet. We played in the pool for about 15 minutes, until he started to get cold. Then we snuggled up in a towel before going for another short swim. He is my little water baby.
We have the hardest time keeping the bath water IN the bath tub these days when bathing our 5 month old. I can’t wait for him to be able to kick in the “big bath tub” this summer!
My in-laws have a pool, so we spend many Summer days in the water. My (now 7 month old) daughter’s first time in the pool was when she was only 4 weeks old. She loved it! We also have a son (almost 3) who loves the water. We have only ever used disposable swim diapers, and would love to try your CB swim diaper. With 2 kids in swim diapers, it would be nice to save some money by not purchasing pack after pack of swim diapers (2 different sizes!).

Our little guy isn’t due for a few months, but I look forward to those adorable sun hats that babies wear in the pool. They make for the cutest pictures!! And Charlie Banana swim diapers definitely won’t hurt the cuteness factor!
I took my little girl to the pool when she was just a few weeks old last summer…she took a nap while we were sitting in the water together. I can’t wait for this year when she is old enough to splash around and play!
We live right next to the James River, and in the summer take a trip down for at least a quick dip once a day. I can’t wait for our new baby girl who is expected any day now, to get her first trip with Mommy, Daddy, and Big Sister to the river. A few swim diapers would sure cut down on waste of disposable water diapers and make her cute little baby bum even more adorable to look at
My daughters first swimming experience wasn’t to a pool, but to the Colorado River just outside Needles, Ca. She was five months old at the time but took to the water like a fish. We had several floaties for her to sit in or on and she would kick her little legs and grin the entire time. One afternoon me and some of our river friends were out waiding in the water chatting while my daughter was laying down on an alligator float. The waves of passing boats were rolling in and after about five minutes, she was asleep, ever since then, she’s loved the water. Yesterday she got into her dresser, pulled out her swim suit and swim diaper came running up to me flapping her arms shouting “fwimming” which is swimming in toddler speak. Guess its time for me to find an indoor pool.
I always love how fearless my little one is in the water. She makes me so nervous but I love watching her try to swim.
I am lookin forward to taking my daughter to the pool this year. She loves bath time so I can’t wait to see how much she loves swimming in a pool!:) hope I win this diapers to make our experience even the more better.

We are going to Florida to visit my parents in April, and we’ll be taking our twins into the pool for the first time. I can’t wait to see them splash around in the water! And I can’t wait for my parents to be able to hang out with their grandbabies again!

I am looking forward to taking my almost 12 month old twins and 3 1/2 year old to the lake and our community pool this summer. During last summer the twins were still newborns so we didnt get out to the pool that much, and if we did the babies didnt go into the water. But I am totally looking forward to this summer as we already use cloth with our twins 100% of the time, and that has been one the best decisions me and my husband have ever made. My 3 yr old constantly got diaper rashes even after changing him reguarly, but with my twins that hasn’t been the issue at all. They are almost a year old and have yet to get even 1 diaper rash. I know cloth isnt always for everyone, but I have to say it has definately been the right choice for us. And I still have my 3 yr old wear the cloth trainers at night just in case he has any accidents. So I totally love the new Charlie Banana line the prints are sooo adorable and it makes a normal diaper look pretty fashinable!

My son was born this past June, so he was too young to take to his grandparents’ pool last summer. He LOVES the bathtub, so I can’t wait for him to try out the pool! We only use cloth diapers, and I’d like to continue that with his swimming diaper(s).
We first took our now 5 month old son swimming at 3 1/2 months and he loved it! It was a great family bonding experience too as we laughed all and played, he loved every minute (and grandma snapped dozens of ADORABLE photos
now if we just had some adorable reusable swim diapers too! We use Charlie Banana cloth every day, but don’t quite have the funds right now to update his swim wardrobe so here’s to hoping! Thanks for the chance 
Last Summer my little one was just born but we are SO excited to go to the pool this year. I grew up swimming as soon as it got warm and in some parts of Az it gets HOT!!! I can’t wait to sit in the shallow end watching the kids play.
My son had a blast his first time in the pool. We started mommy and me weekly baby swim classes and his face lights up when we walk in the building! My little man actually learned to clap and count to three from swim class. We just ordered our first 6 pack of Charlie bananas and we’d love to try the swim diapers!

I was so excited to take my daughter swimming at the beach when she was 4 months old, she loved the water and looked so cute in her bathing suit.
My little guy was able to get in the pool a couple times last year when he was just a few months old and it was so relaxing for him! His sister is a fish and I’m hoping he continues to love the water as much as her. I do need a new swim diaper that will fit!

And I hope he really loves the water, I’m scared to get in anything other than a pool, but my husband and his family were basically raised in the lake, ocean, and any body of water they could get their boat in. I want our son to share that with his dad. We have several Charlie banana regular dipes and would love to try the swim dipes!

I have a 19 month old and baby number 2 is due in June. My 19 mo LOVES anything that has to do with water and I am excited to see if his little brother is the same. Swimming with babies is one of my favorite summertime activities. I love the prints on these swim diapers!

What’s not to look forward to?! Our daughter will be 5-6 months old by the time it’s pool time here in Texas. I think that will be the perfect age although hopefully she takes to it better than Cullen on you alls first day!!
We have taken all three of our littles to the pool when they were under 6 months and they are so natural in the water at that age. I would to try these swim diapers. I have tried a few others and having a reusable swim diaper is super handy!

Currently 38 weeks pregnant with our first girl so I’m most looking forward to the pink swim suits and cute outfits. I have 2 boys though and their first pool days consisted of floating around in an inflatable duck and screaming until Daddy took them out of it lol. They loved the beach though.

My LO is an absolute fish in the bathtub. Can’t wait to take her to a pool to see how she likes it! We’ve been to the ocean once when she was 2 months old, but haven’t been back since. This summer will be great! We’ve been using charlies since day 1 and will continue until she is potty trained. And hopefully even longer if we win these swimming & training pants!

My little man loves the pool, ,he swims like a fish and never wants to get out. Having reusable swim diapers fr travel and swim lessons is a definate must. Can’t live without them.

MacKenzie hasn’t had her first pool experience just yet. She is just shy of 2 months. However we do live in Florida where the weather is almost 80 dehrees daily and I am looking forward to getting her into the pool and taking her to the beach. She thoroughly enjoys her bath time. I think Charlie Bananas would be wonderful for her first time in the water

Imagine disney world’s water park in a diaper! Thats when my youngest, now 11 was a year old and there were no swimmers diapers. Yuk to say the least. I hope I win!

My son LOVES the pool. He laughs and kicks! We started cloth a little late so I would love to get some smaller size swim diapers for baby #2 and maybe a few bigger sizes for my LO this next summer. His favorite part of the pool it the little fountains that shoot up out of the ground. He sticks his face in it and then cracks up at only 1 year old

I was able to take our little one swimming indoors this winter and she loved it! It’s been about 4 months though so I’m hoping she loves it just as much this summer. That time we just used a pocket diaper without the insert. Going on vacation to Arizona this summer and definitely need some swim diapers.

I can’t wait to take my little on to the beach. We are firefighters and go every year to the fireman’s convention in Ocean City. She’ll get her first swim a few weeks shy of her first birthday in the ocean! I want to see her awesome reaction to the water all around her, the fish swimming by and the salty water in her mouth!

My daughter was first in a little pool when she was 11 months old and loved it. On of my favorite pictures of her is her grinning after going under water. We are expecting #2 in August and hope they will love the water too.
We haven’t been to the pool yet, but we are going soon, she is just old enough to start the classes, my husband was a swimmer for his University, he is very excited to share a moment at the pool with her.

Aloha, We are Military and stationed here on Oahu ! We live at the beach ( because it is one of the few things we can afford to do here ; ) I have one Charlie Banana butterfly print , that is my go to for the beach! That and a UV swim shirt make my 16 mo. olds beach wear complete. ( along with a few quick drying flats for when water time is over) I would love to have a few more they are awesome , just not in my budget (yet!) . I recommend them to everybody, and I have seen the envy of those poor mothers with babies in, big super soaked disposables, not pretty and can’t be comfortable. Also with living on an Island , it is not ecologically sound to toss one-time “swimmies”, in the trash every beach trip, and they are nowhere near as Cute!
I love it when my son is so interested in the water that he dips his face in and completely shocks himself.
