When I was a little girl I had a book called “Me, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs,” in which the story centered around me, my sister, cousins, and my birthday, birth stone and birth flower. To say that I was obsessed with having a book in which I was the main character alongside Snow White would be an understatement. The book even included my guinea pig, Bubble Gum.
So when I grew up and discovered the I See Me personalized books, they very quickly became my go-to gifts for friends having babies, as well as my own babies. I have given and received the I See Me personalized children’s books as gifts more times than I can count, as I know from experience how special it can be for kids to own a book that’s all about them. Pure magic, really.
I just discovered a new book from the folks at I See Me: “My Very Happy Birthday” book, and my obsession continues. It’s one of those birthday gifts you can give a kid that you know will be cherished for years on end thanks to its charming illustrations and story, and the fact that it’s centered directly on the child.
Which is why I’m thrilled to give away two personalized copies of the “My Very Happy Birthday” — one for a boy, one for a girl.
Click below for a peak inside the boy book and the girl book, and get all the details on how you can enter to win one of two personalized “My Very Happy Birthday” books:

My Very Happy Birthday Book — for boys 1 of 5Neither the birth date nor the specific birthday that the child is celebrating is required for the My Very Happy Birthday board books.
. . . One of the beautifully illustrated pages in the boy book 2 of 5You can choose to specify which birthday the child is celebrating but not the birth date, and that number will be included on the cover and throughout the book, without listing the exact birth date. The cake will include the correct number of candles.
My Very Happy Birthday Book — for girls 3 of 5If you choose not to provide a birth date, it won't be included on the title page or in the book — generic text will be used instead.
. . . One of the beautifully illustrated pages in the girl book 4 of 5If you answer "any" to the question about which birthday the child is celebrating, the book will not include a number and will look like the book shown in the main virtual tour. They don't calculate which birthday the child is celebrating because many books are given as belated birthday gifts after the birth date has passed. Some customers select "any" so that the child can read the birthday book year after year on his or her birthday.
