Little Bean's Favorite Christmas Gift

Lil' Zoomers Spinnin' Sounds Speedway

The last 4 days have been a whirlwind! Baby’s first Christmas plus a 3-hour trip to Grandma’s and back was enough to knock us all out. Little Bean has been napping more and I can only guess it’s from all the attention and craziness.

Out of all the gifts he received (mostly new clothes and mom is VERY thankful!) one really stands out as his and, well, our favorite. The Fisher-Price Lil’ Zoomers Spinnin’ Sounds Speedway.

Honestly, at first I wasn’t excited about it. Another large toy that doesn’t fit in the toy box. YAY! It will get played with once or twice and then forgotten about like the many other race tracks his older brother received over the years.

This one, however, is great for the little guys. The unit is sturdy enough for Little Bean to lean on.

We played with it this morning.

There’s lights and a large spinning area in the middle that gets his attention. It launches the cars around or even balls.

The cars or balls spin around a few times and then exit through the finish line.

He likes to stop it with his hands and has already dropped things in to see what happens. Of course Big Brother had to experiment too. He wanted to see if his nose would stop it.

Why? lol

*sigh* 6-year-old boys.

My 7 month old got the exact same toy for Christmas and LOVES it! He figured out how to turn it on so it would make noise and loves to put anything he can find in it and watching it spin and hurl itself down the ramp. I too was dreading the toy when my parent’s told me they bought it for him but after seeing how happy it makes him it is worth it!
