Mommy Snapped!

And it was the most adorabe thing ever!

I love Spring… I just wish it was warmer here in Connecticut. The upper 70’s would be nice since we were spoiled two weeks ago with summer-like weather. Totally besides the point though!

After a trip to the Pediatrician, and a trip to the Emergency Room in the past four days… I have been on edge. We all love our kids and we hate to see them in pain. Especially when that pain is causing them to shriek like they never have before.

It is just one of the trying parts of motherhood right?

Well over the weekend Addie started to feel a little bit better and tagged along to her first Easter Egg hunt with her oldest brother. Middle brother – well he was missing in action on another exciting excursion for the day. While she wasn’t back to feeling like herself 100% and I don’t think she will be till these $@*# teeth are here, she was absolutely adorable with her brother and exploring nature.

I had to put together a short slideshow of my favorites from the photos I took. Of course I wish I could have included them all!

  • Oh this leaf… MMMM 1 of 12
    Oh this leaf... MMMM
Everything she came in contact with on the grass she wanted to eat. I guess a little ruffage is good for her diet right?
  • Can I eat this too? 2 of 12
    Can I eat this too?
If I had a dime for everything she got her hands on... I would have been paid a pretty penny for these pictures!
  • Hey Guys? You Forgot me… 3 of 12
    Hey Guys? You Forgot me...
Where did everyone go? Why did you leave me here? It is a long crawl home!
  • Ok I am done! 4 of 12
    Ok I am done!
About this time... she was completely finished taking pictures. I don't blame her, I am sure the grass was cold.
  • Because one version isn’t enough! 5 of 12
    Because one version isn't enough!
I actually loved this photo so much I had to edit it twice. You can't blame me! You probably would have done the same thing!
  • She LOVES her big brother 6 of 12
    She LOVES her big brother
My oldest son is amazing with her. In turn Addison absolutely adores him. They are like two peas in a pod.
  • She was done… 7 of 12
    She was done...
At this point she just wanted to get in the car and head back to grandma's house... or anywhere that didn't involve a man dressed in an extremely creepy bunny costume!
  • Easter Eggs! 8 of 12
    Easter Eggs!
Back at Grandmas house we got to play with those awesome plastic Easter eggs! Addie wanted to try and shove the whole thing into her mouth.
  • Who me? 9 of 12
    Who me?
Then came the adorable facial expressions. You can still tell right here that she isn't feeling so hot.
  • Our smile for the day 10 of 12
    Our smile for the day
I love her smile... and while this isn't the best smile she has... it melts your heart!
  • The Bunny! 11 of 12
    The Bunny!
She loves her bunny. It is an adorable and super soft snuggle bunny that Grandma got for her. She now takes it everywhere!
  • Thats a wrap! 12 of 12
    Thats a wrap!
That is a wrap! This was the last picture that we took for the day. She was more interested in playing with Grandma... stage left!
