Barre3 is an amazing workout that transforms women’s bodies through a fusion of pilates, ballet and yoga.
Up until recently you had to head out to a studio to take these classes (which I have enjoyed myself), but now Barre3 creator Sadie Lincoln has made an online workout program – My Barre3 – that makes fitness accessible to busy moms and women who don’t have time to get into the studio.
I’ve been doing it myself and am already noticing increased core strength!
