When I was pregnant for the first time, we decided not to find out the gender of the baby before he or she was born. And I remember like it was yesterday, the doctor in the delivery room excitedly asking my husband to announce to the room if we had a son or a daughter.
The magical look on Michael’s face said it all, and he exclaimed “it’s a girl”, with big tears in his eyes. That was eight years ago today, as my baby has turned in to a beautiful young lady. This morning she opened a few gifts, one of which was a package containing a couple really great headbands from Target.
Why Target? Because I absolutely adore the selection of little girl hair accessories the store offers. The price is right, and the assortment is always fantastic.
