Vivi's Fifth Week of 2012

This was one of those weeks where I realized I’m not cut out to be a working mom. I was crazy busy with a dozen different commitments and every night I was left wondering where the day went and feeling as though I didn’t get to snuzzle my baby nearly enough.

The good news is that later this month we get to go on a week long vacation to a beach…just the four of us. WHEE!

I’m hoping Vivi can hold off on crawling until after we get back, I can only imagine that one of the worst places ever for a baby who has JUST learned to crawl is on vacation at a sandy beach near a pool at a hotel. Oof.

Here’s Vivi’s fifth week of 2012, complete with her first swimsuit shoot and her delicious thighs.

  • Sunday. 1 of 7
    Sunday.
Unfortunately you'll have to look at this photo of me Tebowing in Downtown Indianapolis as I was away from my baby all day due to prior obligations to the Super Bowl.
  • Monday 2 of 7
    Monday
When Addie is complaining about Vivi always being around and in her stuff I'm going to show her this photo.
  • Tuesday 3 of 7
    Tuesday
That's a look that says "SHH! I like to chew on my sister's stuffies when she's at school!"
  • Wednesday 4 of 7
    Wednesday
This was a practice picture before I off my shirt and bared my belly for this post.
  • Wednesday 5 of 7
    Wednesday
She's getting into the sippy cup groove. Funny faces are a bonus.
  • Friday 6 of 7
    Friday
Trying on her new swimsuit for her first ever trip to the beach. Sadly even in a 12-18 month size it was too small. *sigh*
  • Saturday 7 of 7
    Saturday
I have entered the phase of babyhood that involves the scent and presence of Cheerios in every facet of my being.
