Another week has come and gone in Salt Lake City, Utah where we are staying with my parents awaiting the arrival of my nephew. His eviction papers officially list April 1st as his get out date and if he’s anything like my girls, he’ll abide by the rules. Vivi has been sleeping decent and napping well, I’m pretty sure she misses her dad (I know I do) but she hasn’t had any trouble warming up to the people around her.
She has an affinity for buttons and has turned the TV off on my dad at least a half dozen times and has done ridiculous things with the remotes even more. She’s had a variety of new foods including tomato and parsnip and I’m beginning to wonder if I’m dealing with a growth spurt because the baby can pack it away and she’s pretty darn grumpy/clingy. The photographer in me must mention how wonderful the weather has been and how fantastic the light in my dad’s house is. It’s fun to have a new background and new experiences to photograph including Vivi’s first train ride and waffle.
Oh look the sixth week never happened (well it did, but not here.)
