Yes, Santa IS Visiting The Baby

A Tea Set for Addie!

I know there are a lot of people out there who think buying Christmas presents for a baby is completely stupid, but I have to say this year we are including the baby in our lives on our Christmas list.

When my oldest was born, he was about three-ish weeks old when Christmas rolled around, he had a gift under the tree, but it wasn’t a huge deal. And our middle son had a couple things when his first Christmas came around because he was a little over six months old.

But Addison is almost eight months old, and she is really into her toys, and of course she has two older brothers who are in full on Santa patrol around the house.

So I started thinking like my four year old would. If we got them presents, and not her… he would so be on to us! There would be a million question as to why Addie didn’t get anything when him and Ben got all kinds of cool stuff… so the search began for stuff that would be useful, and she would like.

I had found the perfect “big” gift for her, the Fisher Price my first purse… and then Santa at our fire house got it for her for Christmas. The volunteer fire house my husband is a part of gets a present for every child of the firemen annually for their kids Christmas party.

So when we got the double gift I was back to the drawing board. I ended up settling with the my first tea set by Fisher Price, and I hope she loves it.

But I had to put the question out there to other moms with little ones that are celebrating their first Christmas in a couple days… What is Santa bringing them?
Do you have older children?
