Try switching up your diet by adding dark greens for anti-aging protection, fatty fish for a more plump and youthful appearance and vitamin C for smooth and radiant skin.

These 5 foods can do wonders for your skin and your health. Try incorporating them into your weekly meals for healthy glowing skin all winter long.

 Carrots:  Say good-bye to those stubborn sunspots. The natural vitamin A found in carrots could help protect your skin from sun damage as well as help diminish acne, combat dryness and pigmentation. Try loading up on winter soups and stir-frys and go heavy on the carrots!

 Fish: Fatty fish is high in omega-3s and can soften the skin.  This can help lock in moisture ,which can diminish the appearance of wrinkles.

Grapefruit: Grapefruit is a great source of vitamin C, one of nature’s most powerful antioxidants. When it comes to your skin, vitamin C helps brighten and even out your skin tone.

 Broccoli: Broccoli can do wonders for your skin because it is rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Steam a pot full of broccoli and serve it as a side with your favorite protein.

Berries: Berries are full of powerful antioxidants which help fight against free radicals.  Free radicals can cause us to look older faster. Load up on fruit parfaits; top your cereal off with a handful of berries or enjoy a small bowl full for dessert.
