Beauty Dilemma: Forehead WrinklesLauren Hartmann
Damn you tanning beds and lazy skincare regimen.
Apparently at the ripe, old age of 28 the poor beauty habits of my teenage and college years are finally catching up with me. I figured the grey hair would come first, but alas, I was wrong. I’m not quite sure when they showed up, but in the past few weeks I have become acutely aware of of ever deepening forehead wrinkles.
I’m OK with getting older (as if there is anything I can actually do to stop it…), but I don’t think I’m ready for deep-set forehead wrinkles while I’m still in my 20’s. So now comes the dilemma: what to do about them?
Now, before you say Botox, I’m letting you know right now that it’s not an option. I don’t judge people who get Botox, because I completely understand why someone would do it (believe me, the thought has definitely crossed my mind). The problem is that I’m just not particularly into the idea of injecting chemicals into my face with needles.
I am however on the hunt for good topical options: night creams, day creams, retinols, line plumpers…what are your favorites dear readers?
Please share your suggestions in the comments so I can get on it!
