You may have heard that lotion or petroleum jelly are good eye make-up removers. Coconut oil is even better! Using oil to moisturize your face seems a little counterproductive ... at least that's what I thought until I did a little research on the oil cleanse method. I modified the oil cleanse method to work for my skin type and regimen and I have found that my face is more hydrated. Avocado oil is perfect as a facial moisturizer -- it's light and absorbs quickly into the skin.
