I have found myself traveling quite a bit lately. And by quite a bit, I mean to tell you, I think Foursquare is considering sending me a quick reprimand, “Hey, Girl…. you might consider staying home for a while?” Most of the trips have been for work, which means I’m not traveling in yoga pants with my hair in a bun.
I’m typically on the run, attempting to feel pulled together and looking refreshed even when I don’t feel it.
The more I travel, the more tricks I learn that allow me to jump from the plane ready for a meeting, a presentation, or a speech. While I love all three, I think we can all agree that traveling especially on a flight doesn’t always leave us feeling ready to meet-and-greet.
Between the recirculated air, the frequent delays, the lack of sleep and many people around you coughing and sneezing, it is easy to feel less than fabulous as you get ready to grab your luggage and head in to a new city.
