It’s hard not to enter Information Overload during your pregnancy, especially with research a simple click away on your computer or smartphone. It’s good to know what your body’s going through and learn about your pregnancy. But there are a lot of great resources that often get overlooked because they don’t begin with “What to Expect When You’re Expecting.”
I’d been officially planning my pregnancy since last April, so I’ve had a good amount of time for some reading. I find books to be much more soothing than Google searches, and over the past few months, a few favorites have emerged from the dozens. They’ve helped me understand what my body is going through, been a source of therapeutic journaling, and helped me come to terms with the very real possibility of having a C-section with my twins.
