10 Amazing Scone Recipes

I am embarrassed to say that up until a few weeks ago I thought scones were disgusting, dry tasteless biscuits. That’s because I had only had them in coffee shops before. But after seeing them on blogs time and time again, I thought I must be missing something. That’s when I set out to try my first scone recipe, and I am so glad I did. They are basically flavorful biscuits that you can add any type of fruit or nut to. And when they are made at home, they are not dry at all. In fact, they have almost the same consistency of a homemade biscuit, except they’re better.

The scones featured above are my latest creation, mixed berry tangerine scones. I have also been searching through my favorite blogs to find even more tasty ideas, and I found some amazing ones today. Here are 10 amazing scone recipes that are going on my to bake list.
