I know this is hard to believe, but up until last year I was 50/50 on mushrooms. I didn’t love them, but I didn’t hate them. Now, I am completely obsessed. It took a long time for mushrooms to win me over — they nearly didn’t! But after some well-timed marsala sauce and a creamy mushroom risotto I finally understood what everyone was talking about. Mushrooms are amazing! Once my obsession took hold I couldn’t stop searching for new recipes and it is not surprising that I found some great ones right here on Family Kitchen. Some of them are more geared toward summer, but here are a few that are perfect for making right now. They are hot, savory and will keep you warm and cozy all winter long!
