Last week we went strawberry picking. Then we decided to use some of the strawberries to make jam. I love making jam with fresh berries because it tastes so much better than anything that you could possibly buy at the store. It is also much healthier than most jams that have been packaged for shelves. Some people get intimidated at the thought of making jam but there really is no reason to be. It is so easy! Here are a few simple jam recipes you can make at home. These are great for jam makers at all skill levels. Anyone, even if you are making jam for the first time this summer, can make these without fail and enjoy a homemade summer in your own kitchen!
