We’re getting closer and closer to the Super Bowl, which means my husband is spending more and more time watching football. I’m not really into football all that much, but I do enjoy hanging out watching sports and snacking. Well, mainly the snacking part. But I really don’t want to ruin my New Year’s diet, so I like to make healthy bean dips and serve fresh vegetables instead of chips, crackers or bread. It’s much more nutritious and is so much lower in calories. And you won’t feel guilty when you eat a plateful of veggies and dip, like you would if you ate a whole bag of chips and cheesy dip.
