I love cooking with stout, it’s so versatile. The flavors in stout beer not only go well in different savory stews and spicy chilies, but they also taste great in sweet treats, especially chocolaty ones. There are so many amazing recipes that you can use a nice stout beer. My absolute favorite recipe though is the spaghetti carbonara featured above.
