Next to Nutella, Biscoff is my go-to spread of choice. I was first introduced to THAT cookie when flying on Delta years ago. It has an incredibly distinctive flavor and is pretty much my main reason for flying Delta. Yes, the cookies and the spread made from the irresistible cookie are that good. So good that recipes featuring this deliciousness are currently sweeping the blogosphere in record numbers. Which is a good thing for us. I’ve looked no further than some of my very talented friends to feature 10 ways to enjoy this cookie and its spread (besides eating it with a spoon, which is totally acceptable), including a recipe for a homemade version of both the spread and the cookie.
