Gnocchi is an amazing little Italian dumpling that I discovered all too late in life. I really wish I had been exposed to them when I was younger, because I was really missing out. They are widely available pre-packaged in supermarkets, or you can always make your own homemade ones. Since I discovered just how much I love them, I’ve been looking for more recipes that I can incorporate them in.

    I’m like you. I so wish I’d been exposed to these things as a kid. I love gnocchi. And periogies. That’s another one I discovered later in life. Yummy!
