A lot of us are familiar with the Weight Watchers Points Plus Program and have had success with it. I’ve followed Weight Watchers on and off over the last 10 years and find myself falling back to counting points when my pants start to feel a bit too snug. It’s an easy for me way to eat within a desired amount of calories without too much brain work, if you know what I mean.
