11 Healthy Ways to Eat Cookies for Breakfast!

When I first heard of eating cookies for breakfast I thought it was some crazy gimick. Surely they must be secretly filled with sugar and chocolate chips, right? After a little research I came to find that this was not the case at all! In truth, breakfast cookies are usually very low in sugar, filled with healthy whole grains, dried fruit, and even hidden healthy additions like ground flax seed or wheatgerm. For sweetness they usually contain agave nectar, or honey, or a even maple syrup. Score! Turns out breakfast cookies are what they claim to be, healthy delicious nibbles that are perfect for kicking off the day!
