The holidays are such a fun time to entertain our guests. And what better way to welcome friends and family than with a warm, oozy baked brie? You can bake them and top them with a variety of sweet or savory things. You can also stuff them or wrap them in puff pastry and even phyllo dough. Sometimes I like to make little bite-sized versions too and bake a little bite of brie in a puff pastry bite or wrapped in a little phyllo dough package.
