We are ice cream fanatics in the summer and eat it nearly every day. I have a blast with my kids coming up with new ways to serve it. We love a good traditional dish, but it is really fun to try it in cakes, pies, and in other clever forms. If you are in need of some really cool ways to serve ice cream look no further.
