12 Ways to Enjoy Greek Yogurt

In my family, we’re always looking for ways to incorporate healthy foods into our everyday routine. With its high protein content, calcium, and probiotics, Greek yogurt is a calcium-rich, versatile ingredient that can give your daily food routine a serious nutritional boost. Greek yogurt is strained, and has a higher amount of protein, fewer carbs, and about the same number of calories as regular yogurt. Greek yogurt also has all the probiotics found in the unstrained variety, so you’ll get all the benefits you’ve come to expect from yogurt like improved immunity, better digestion, and anti-inflammatory properties.

But the best thing about Greek yogurt is that it’s incredibly smooth, thick, and creamy. For desserts, I opt for the 2 percent variety and am always impressed by its creaminess. For breakfast and everyday eating, I love non-fat Greek yogurt it’s packed with protein and tastes wonderful.
