15 Asparagus Dishes You Can Make in Under 30 Minutes

Asparagus season is finally upon us. I’ve started to find local asparagus in the store and I have started cooking it more regularly for my family. The key to asparagus season is having a solid repertoire of quick dinner-friendly recipes you can pull together in less than 30 minutes. You really shouldn’t spend any more time than that on an asparagus dish. It tastes best, I think, when it is cooked or roasted fairly quickly and put on the table still warm. In some cases, it’s even delicious when eaten raw. To help you build your repertoire, I’ve compiled my personal favorite list of easy asparagus recipes for the season!
