15 Asparagus Recipes For Easter

I grew up in a small town with lots of local farm stands. Each year just before Easter we would pass by a farm and the big dirt field waiting for asparagus spears to come popping through the soil. And then, it seemed like overnight, there would be thick stalks everywhere. We knew the farmer so just before Easter mom would drive us over and we would go pick a bunch of asparagus stalks for our Easter feast and some extra to eat fresh in the car on the way home. I may not live close to the farm anymore, but I still serve asparagus every Easter and I love finding new recipes.
