Now that we are well into January, it’s getting harder and harder to stick to the New Year’s resolutions many of us made to get our families to eating healthier in 2013. And the after-school snack is one for the biggest weaknesses for some people. I know my daughter comes home from school ravenous, and I always have to have something ready for her to munch on that is both fast AND good her her.
