Today is National Bittersweet Chocolate Day! Bittersweet is kind of ironic since there are a gazillion people that are trying REALLY hard to keep their New Year’s Resolutions of eating healthier and perhaps shedding a few pounds. BUT I say, everything in moderation so a little bit of this or that isn’t going to hurt! So we’ve come up with 15 VERY bittersweet chocolate concoctions to help you celebrate this festive holiday!
