At our home we love to to eat Asian take out foods. Popular Americanized Asian foods are such a family favorite in our house, I make one at least once a week. We either have some type of healthy stir fry like the first one pictured in the slide show below, a mushroom spinach vegetable stir fry, or a classic like Sesame Chicken. When we were younger we use to go out for these delicious dishes all the time until I found out just how easy they were to make at home. And the best part is you can control the ingredients at home, so you know just how much salt, sugar and fat is going into your recipe.
