One of the coolest things about marshmallows is that you can use them in food year-round. They seem to fit into every season. In the fall I like to use them to make Halloween rice krispie treats and stuff like that. In the summer we make s’mores, and in the winter and spring we make all kinds of rocky road type desserts. There are so many possibilities. If you happen to walk by a great bag of marshmallows in the store tomorrow grab and bag or two and get making one of these awesome treats!
