    I wish people understood science and the digestive system. Cooking food is not bad for you! It does destroy some nutrients but all of this about “destroying vital enzymes” is ridiculous. Our bodies make MORE than enough of the enzymes we need to break down food! Humans have been digesting for millennia, which is why we’re still here.
