One of the things about having holiday guests is that you have to feed them twenty-four seven. I personally love the role of nourishing everyone in the house, and a lot of how I do it is by planning ahead. I map out menus and think about what I can make ahead of time. I also think about dishes that are great for using up leftovers. Did you know stale donuts can make a delicious breakfast pudding?
