I know that making something with whole wheat doesn’t miraculously making it healthier, but it does make it a little better. A little whole grain goodness is always an excellent addition to baked goods like cookies and breads. It even takes the health factor up a notch in things like pancakes and muffins. Thankfully, these days whole wheat flour and white whole wheat flour are readily available in most stores.
