I love to entertain but I don’t love spending hours upon hours in the kitchen preparing. I like to keep things simple and of course delicious. This quick and easy 2 minute appetizer is not only impressive looking it’s beyond delicious. You’ll probably want to make more than one because it isn’t going to last long. You really can’t go wrong with Prosciutto, Mozzarella and Basil. Ever.
