2 Minute Mug Scrambled Eggs

Cooking in mugs is all the rage. You’ve seen us make many desserts like, 2 MIN CHOCOLATE SALTED CARAMEL MUG CAKE plus an additional 10 TASTY MUG CAKES . What’s not to love about mug cooking. It takes MINUTES to make, doesn’t mess up the kitchen and they’re GOOD! We know we can make cakes so today we’re taking that same cooking concept and switching it up to breakfast! We’ve made a (less than) 2 MINUTE mug scramble! Everyone has 2 minutes for breakfast! It’s a great way to have a nice hot meal before heading out the door in the morning. You can completely customize these. Add cheese, ham, onions, you name it!


Ready, set scramble!

Mug Scrambled Eggs
What you’ll need: {1 serving}
2 eggs – beaten
2 tablespoons milk
salt/pepper
2 tablespoons cheddar cheese – grated, optional

What to do:
1. Spray mug with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside. In a small bowl add: eggs, milk, cheese. Whisk together. Season with salt/pepper.

2. Pour mixture into mug. Microwave for 45 seconds. Stir. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds OR until set {continue in 30 second increment if needed). Stir with fork to fluff eggs.

3. Top with additional cheese if desired.
