20 Delicious Vegetarian Entrees for Fall

Vegetarian Shepards Pie

All too often vegetarians are forced to serve themselves a bunch of side dishes for dinner while everyone else enjoys a meat-based main course. We are not vegetarians in our house, but we eat vegetarian main courses at least two or three nights per week. I combed through Family Kitchen and looked for a whole bunch of great vegetarian entree ideas for fall. These are all dishes that are meant to be served as main courses and will keep you warm while the cold weather sets in. I promise this is not just a round-up of frozen veggie patties, these vegetarian meals are honestly very interesting. It is no longer the season for cold pasta salads and veggie crudite, instead it is time to usher in these warm vegetarian meals to keep you going all winter long!
