Have you ever microwaved a marshmallow? Your kids will love it. You see, they become huge and gooey and are perfect with a few chocolate chips. Which got us thinking about adding another ingredient to the mix, graham crackers. We made the next best thing to roasting over coals (since we live in Los Angeles where outdoor fires are not exactly possible) and it only took 20 seconds! Keep reading for the specifics…

All The Fixins

20 Second S’mores Recipe

4 graham crackers cut in half

8 chocolate chips

10 mini marshmallows

place one graham cracker half on a microwave safe plate. Arrange 5 mini marshmallows and 4 chocolate chips evenly. Microwave for 20 seconds, max. Cover with the other half and eat. Serves 2.
