Kid-Friendly Tip! All kids are different when it comes to food likes and dislikes. So if you see a new ingredient or flavor that you are unsure to give them – give it a try anyways! It’s fun for kids to taste and learn new flavors (love or hate), and you never know what your picky eater will fall in love with. And remember, you can easily tone down the flavors in any of these recipes for your kids tastes. If they are not fans of ‘spicy’ or ‘curry’ or more bold flavors in these recipes, just remove those accents. Examples: you can remove the onion layer in any of the sandwiches – or you can make the quinoa curry wrap without the curry accent.
