27 Fun Must-Try Taco Recipes

By Angie McGowan |

We eat tacos almost every week. If I’m not making them at home, we visit our local Mexican restaurant for their Taco Tuesday special. I really love to make tacos, because you can make them so many ways. You can do many types of vegetarian, chicken, beef, pork and my favorite, fish tacos. We’ve tried many types of fish tacos like tuna, grouper and tilapia. I think I’d have to say my absolute favorite fish tacos I’ve made are these baja fish tacos pictured above. The crunchy beer battered fish is just too amazing.

But there are so many great taco recipes. Here I’ve compiled a list of 27 of my favorite must try taco recipes from around the web. What’s your favorite taco recipe?
