3-Ingredient, No Cook Summer Recipe: Simple Avocado-Crab Salad

It’s no fun to slave over a hot stove on a hot summer day when all you’d rather do is go have fun outside. This meal is a totally tasty, no-bake meal that will keep your oven off, and let you spend more time sitting on the porch, sipping ice-cold lemonade. Enjoy this salad with a light and fresh crab salad, with a kiss of avocado and tomato.

Summer Crab Salad

  • 1 cup Imitation Crab
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 ripe Tomato
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 clover garlic, chopped

Slice up your avocado and tomato, and toss it together with your imitation crab meat. Dress the salad with a little bit of olive oil and vinegar, top with some diced garlic, salt, and pepper. And just like that, you didn’t use the stove once, and you’ve got an amazing meal!
