I wouldn’t really call this a Tater Tot competition. I mean, putting three Tater Tot Recipes to the test is more like a celebration. Because there are no losers here… and I sure feel like a winner.
In this video, I prepare a basic Potato Tot three different ways. And I take inspiration from some of the world’s greatest chefs to ever take on the Tot: Iron Chef Michael Symon, Chef Mark Zeitouni, whose tots won the grand prize at the 2010 South Beach Food & Wine Festival, and YouTube’s favorite chef, Chef John Mitzewich of FoodWishes.com.
