30-Seconds, 2-Ingredients: Homemade Hot Fudge Sauce

There’s a classic bit by comedian Brian Regan about following the instructions to make Poptarts in the microwave. Sometimes we just gotta slow our schedule down, he jokes. Which is, quite entirely, true. Except for those times when you need chocolate and you need it NOW. For those times, grab 2 basic ingredients, get over to your microwave, and whip up this decadent Hot Fudge Sauce in less than 30 seconds. Yep, it’s that fast, easy…and totally worth every second of prep time!

2-Ingredient Hot Fudge Sauce

1 can cweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips

Place ingredients in a shallow, microwave-safe baking dish. Zap for 30-60 seconds, use a whisk to mix together until smooth. Spoon over your favorite ice cream and enjoy!
