With the school year more than halfway over, it’s easy to fall into a lunchtime rut with the old brown bag sandwiches. When I asked my kids whether they wanted peanut butter or tuna last week, they flung their heads back and whined, “ewwwww. neither.” Frankly, I don’t blame them. Plain old peanut butter sandwiches can be a real bore.

Peanut Butter Banana Boat 1 of 4To prepare this treat: Spread peanut butter inside a hot dog bun. Place a banana in the bun. Drizzle with honey.
