5 Fantastic Bruschetta Recipes

The one Italian word that gets mispronounced here in the states more than any other is BRUSCHETTA! It’s pronounced broo-skeh-tah, NOT broo-shedda and it’s one of my favorite appetizers on the planet. Bruschetta is meant to be a simple thing. The original garlic bread if you will.  A traditional bruschetta is made with just a handful of ingredients including really great quality olive oil and the freshest tomatoes. As we’re gearing up for New Years Eve and looking for appetizer inspiration bruschetta would make an amazing addition to your party menu.  You can find all 5 of our bruschetta recipes after the jump!
