5 Great Reasons to Slow Down and Chew Your Food!

We’ve all been reminded to slow down and chew our food, and recent research indicates that’s some great advice. According to The Daily Meal, chewing food more slowly helps digestion, and may decrease the risk of diabetes. For these and other great reasons to take it slow, head below the jump.
