This doesn’t make ANY sense! The blurb says “Because let’s face it, we don’t always have time to bake an entire pan of brownies.” but then the directions say to “1. Make brownies according to package directions”. Isn’t that making an ENTIRE pan of brownies?

Oh – and then the 2nd direction says to divide brownies between 2 cups… who’s going to eat a half pan of brownies?

  2. bellalimento says:

TK – This makes 2 small shooter servings. Just enough to curb a quick chocolate craving. Thanks – Paula

Betty Crocker Warm Delights are these little 1-serving-size hot fudge brownies you make just by adding water and microwaving… I guess that was a little unclear, but I got it since I’ve used them before. Sounds like a quick way to get my chocolate fix and I love the idea of splitting one warm delight between two cups. It makes for a just-about guilt free dessert!

Because I’m lazy, I might just use this idea with store bought brownies. Dessert shooters are always a big hit with the family when we go out to eat, why HAVEN’T I been making them at home? What I love the most about mini desserts is that they keep you from eating too much (like I normally would). OK then, lowfat brownies and Lite Cool Whip, I’d say I’m good to go! Thanks so much for the idea!

I WILL be making these for dessert this week! They look absolutely delicious — and they’re a great way to give yourself a [small] serving of chocolate without going overboard on a HUGE slice of brownie!

This is perfect for me because, yes, I will eat an entire pan of brownies! This way I will not be able to give in to temptation and still enjoy a sweet treat.

Such a good idea! I would never have thought to use Warm Delights this way. And topping it with Cool Whip? Genius!

What a fabulous dessert. I love that they are mini sized. Perfect for a small late-night treat. And 5 minutes makes it even more awesome!

5 minutes! LOVE it. You could even use store bought brownies if you really need to be fast which is probably what I would do! They would look so pretty on a dessert table too for a party! Ah, serious beauties is right! I love the small portion and how you can make them mini — sized which is the perfect snack too! Especially for someone like me craving (22 weeks pregnant!) chocolate at midnight! Can’t wait to try these! I may just have them for breakfast tomorrow. Can’t wait!
