It’s important for us to remember that as Moms we need to take care of ourselves. For me, that’s not always easy. I’m always putting everything and everyone in front of me. I know though that having “me” time is necessary for my well being and for my family’s well being. The saying “if mamma isn”t happy, no one is happy” is certainly true ; ) Because if we don’t take care of ourselves it’s easy to become dehydrated. Do you know what some signs of dehydration are?
