What a great resource for moms–and dads! And there’s always the old standby meals–omelets, french toast with fruit, frozen ravioli (cooked, of course!) with a ready made tomato sauce to dip–quick, balanced, and good-for-you meals. Having a repertoire of 7-8 quick and easy meals ensures more meals at home=more healthier meals for you and the kids.
